The Teacher Painting Institute met this summer from July 14 – July 25. Participants painted “plein air” in locations in and around Howard County. Guest artist David Simmons provided instruction in capturing color and light while working on location. The results of the Teacher Painting Institute will be shown at the Professional Gallery at the Central Office in the late fall.
